Exeter House offers a full fitness program that focuses on aging well through a wide variety of activities, special events, lectures and classes that promote the residents' well-being.
Our well-equipped Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day for residents to enjoy. With individualized instruction and group classes, our residents are able to gain greater strength, flexibility, balance and an overall sense of well-being.
Our current fitness classes include:
