Halloween Fun
Exeter House had a ghoulish good time on Halloween with scary food and funny costumes. Residents and staff dressed up for a costume contest and we had a very special treat when a group of children paraded through the building in their costumes.
The children were from the Seattle Infant Development Center & Preschool (SIDC) which is located just down the street from us. SIDC was first organized as an infant childcare center in November of 1979 by a group of downtown business people desiring high quality childcare in close proximity to their places of employment. Since 1980, SIDC has continued to expand to include children up to six years of age with over 60 children enrolled across five different classrooms. We look forward to future visits from SIDC students and are pleased to forge an intergenerational link with our neighbors.
