Vision
PRCN will provide thriving residential communities that provide high quality care, are financially healthy, continue to grow and provide expanded senior services, and enrich the lives of seniors through Christian principles.

Values
PRCN is an organization founded on Christian values, characterized by integrity, charity, grace, respect, openness and acceptance, servanthood, stewardship and quality, that provides life fulfillment for residents, their families and staff.

Mission Statement
We provide gracious communities and services, enriching lives for seniors with care, openness and acceptance as Jesus taught.

PRCN has maintained its close ties to the Presbyterian Church, and the relationship is witnessed in a Covenant agreement. The Covenant provides that Synod and Presbytery executives serve as full members of the board of directors, and that a substantial number of the board be members of the Presbyterian Church (USA). Even though we are separate legal entities, the Covenant serves to affirm our continuing relationship and our mutual goals in ministry to older adults.
