Rates

A one-time entrance fee provides for admission to Park Shore. Entrance fees are determined by a variety of factors such as type of apartment, square footage, and the view, although all apartments have a view of Lake Washington. Monthly fees also vary by apartment type, and provide for programs and services such as dining, housekeeping, general maintenance, and all utilities including telephone, TV cable, and WiFi Internet service. Current rates are available upon request from the Director of Marketing and Admissions.
