Chef's Bio

Chef David Eichstaedt is a long time Seattleite. With his mother owning two restaurants in Seattle, Dave got an early start in the industry. Dave spent 17 years as the Chef at the Sand Point Officer’s Club prior to finding his niche in retirement living. The next five years were spent at Exeter House, Park Shore’s sister community. After this Dave was the Chef and Dining Services Director at Christwood and Christa Ministries for ten years. Dave joined Park Shore as the Executive Chef in June of 2008. Dave enjoys cooking specialty foods like Chinese and Italian cuisine. 

On a personal note, Dave restores classic sports cars and collects vintage stereo equipment.
