Park Shore's Health Center, a licensed Skilled Nursing facility, offers additional levels of care to residents or other seniors from the greater community who need some help recovering from a medical procedure or require long-term nursing care. Dedicated team members with many years of experience are here to provide compassionate and professional care to ensure optimal health and well being for our residents. Day-to-day nursing care is provided with a high level of quality, and when the compassionate attention of hospice is needed we are here to help guide the way.
